Apple Pie Smoothie


Ingredients

  • 1 Apple sliced

  • 1/2 Cup full fat coconut milk

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg

  • A splash of ginger and cardamom - optional

  • 1 Scoop of your favorite Vanilla protein (mine is PaleoProtein or Sunwarrior)

  • 1 Scoop of of your favorite collagen (mine is Vital Proteins - Collagen peptides)

  • 1 Tbs coconut butter

  • 2 Tbs of white Navy or Cannellini beans - you will not taste it I promise

  • 1/2 cup ice or water

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a high-power blender and enjoy!

  2. Makes 2 servings
