Healthy Pumpkin Pie Latte

Healthy and delicious pumpkin pie latte.

Serves 1


Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop of collagen peptides by Vital Proteins

  • 12 ounces hot water or organic decaf coffee

  • 2 tablespoons coconut cream or coconut milk

  • 2 tablespoons canned pumpkin

  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

  • Stevia or monk fruit, to taste (optional)

  • Cinnamon for garnish (optional)

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth and creamy.

  2. Heat in a saucepan to desired temperature.

  3. Enjoy!
