1 scoop of collagen peptides by Vital Proteins
12 ounces hot water or organic decaf coffee
2 tablespoons coconut cream or coconut milk
2 tablespoons canned pumpkin
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon allspice
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
Stevia or monk fruit, to taste (optional)
Cinnamon for garnish (optional)
Place all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth and creamy.
